Thus, after about the fifth person recommended Las Barcas I felt it was my duty to my belly to give this place a whirl. Here are some of the things I noticed while I was there: There is always a line. (good sign) The salsa bar is delicioso. (gotta love a place that makes their own salsa) The meals come out looking exactly like the glamour shots that they have on display above the window. (presentation is impressive especially when these guys are cranking out as many meals as they do) 
Now on to the fish taco… In traditional style, the taco comes on two corn tortillas that are overflowing with fish, veggies, and special sauce. One taco can easily become two depending on how much you’re willing to let spill out of the back while you’re chomping. The fish is piping hot and tasty. You can tell that this place sells a lot of food because everything looks so fresh. They must go through their stock very quickly! Here’s the significant thing about the taco here, the “tarter sauce” that they put on it has a sweet twang to it. Definitely a nice little change of pace. The never-ending quest, however, continues…
